A simple question for Flickr...

How come this was ok, and this was not?

Flickr’s official explanation would seem to apply to both:

Flickr is not a venue for to you harass, abuse, impersonate, or intimidate others. If we receive a valid complaint about your conduct, we will send you a warning or terminate your account.

While I certainly think Dan is in the right to harass those asshats, he certainly is harassing them.

It's a little late now, but Flickr has apologized for deleting Rebekka's photo (and the comments attached to it) here: http://www.flickr.com/help/forum/40074/#reply212150
